Welcome to the world of Captain Calm

Growing up is tough these days.

If you have a child between the ages of 5–17, you know exactly what we mean.

Every kid and teen suffers from problems, pressures, or negative situations that hold them down in one way or another.

They don’t know how to deal with it all, and often, their parents don’t know how to help.

That’s why we created Captain Calm — where we use the proven tools and techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to teach kids and teens how to solve their problems and become their own superheroes.

Captain Calm is like a form of emotional homework.

It’s the class they don’t teach at School.

Training kids to become more emotionally and cognitively secure so that they are capable of handling the emotional, mental, and social stresses that we all face.

We have the first-hand experience of just how life-changing Captain Calm’s tools and techniques can be.

We hope that you and your kids get to experience them too.

Sharing is Caring

Our goal is to share Captain Calm with as many people as possible.

We believe that by teaching practical ways to be happier and calmer, we can change people’s lives for the better and make the world a more peaceful place for our kids to inherit.

We also realise that parents are going through tough times too and budgets are tight.

We don't want a lack of financial resources to mean that someone loses access to the help and advice that our programs can provide.

This is why we have a ‘sharing is caring’ policy — where we give out a number Powers of Control every month to worthy recipients, for free.

If you or your child would like to be selected as a recipient of a donated Power of Control, please contact us with the subject line “sharing is caring” and we'll make it happen.

Meet the Team

Two best mates with an audacious dream:

Help to create a better future by transforming 51% of the world's population into Captain Calm Superheroes by 2051.

Our mission is founded on teaching the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to kids in a way that not only engages them but also sparks their interest, inspiring them to harness their inherent superpowers and transform their thinking.

Our passion for our work is driven by the belief that the human mind can be sculpted and engineered towards greater happiness. We envision a world where mental health is seen not as a chore, but as a form of cognitive fitness - an exciting journey of self-discovery, self-improvement, and empowerment.

We believe that laying strong mental foundations early in life will have a profoundly positive impact on ones journey to adulthood. We empower kids to be the superheroes of their own stories and live calmer, happier, more engaging lives.
